Windows + R > Enter gpedit.msc > Press OK or Enter (alternatively, using Windows search, search for gpedit)
Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Remote Session Environment > RemoteFX for Windows Server as shown below.
